Representative Joseph was called as witness, and was joined by her counsel. The chair administered an oath. Representative Joseph responded to questions regarding her role as caucus co-chair. Representative Joseph gave a timeline of her activities as caucus co-chair and discussed when she gained access to the caucus credit cards and started purchasing items for the caucus. She discussed the process that she developed regarding the payment of caucus dues, and her interactions with Representative Lindsay at the November 2024 retreat. She further reviewed her activities and actions as caucus co-chair.
