Senator Kipp, prime
sponsor, introduced and explained Senate Bill 26-102 Large-Load Data Centers.
The bill creates requirements for large-load data centers regarding development,
utilities, environmental impact, operations, and location. It also establishes
requirements for utilities that provide electricity to large-load data
centers. Senator Kipp provided a set of handouts to the committee, which
are included as Attachment A. |
