and Senator Ball introduced Senate Bill 26-184, concerning firefighters
benefits. The bill creates a legal presumption that certain types of cancers
are a result of a firefighter's employment and confers eligibility for
workers' compensation. The sponsors distributed Amendment L.001 and a memorandum
to the committee (Attachments D and E). |
